At Freedman Kruss Securities, we operate on an ongoing management fee basis, where our fees are charged to your investment accounts to cover the ongoing planning and maintenance of your accounts. This fee-based model motivates us to focus our time and attention on our existing clients’ needs, rather than on finding new clients, which has led to our near perfect retention rate. The fee-based model benefits include there being no fees to purchase or redeem funds, greater transparency of fees and the fee being tax deductible in all non-registered accounts.
All fees are disclosed and approved by you prior to any fees being charged. Other professionals with whom we collaborate, such as lawyers and accountants, bill you directly for their services.
